As Resident Manager, you will be the face of the community, from first viewings to long-term stays, ensuring every interaction is seamless and memorable. You will handle move-ins, inspections, events and wellness initiatives, all while driving occupancy and satisfaction.
Your days will be varied: one moment securing a lease, the next resolving a resident query with empathy and efficiency. You will manage data, utilities and compliance with precision and work closely with colleagues and contractors to maintain exceptional standards.

Responsibilities:
* Conducting viewings and supporting leasing to maintain optimal occupancy
* Managing move-ins, move-outs and deposit releases
* Handling resident queries with empathy and professionalism
* Overseeing inspections and ensuring homes meet high standards
* Supporting wellness initiatives and community events
* Managing parcel and postal services
* Ensuring accurate data entry and compliance across systems
* Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers
Your Requirements:
* Experience in BTR, PBSA, Residential Lettings or Property Management
* ARLA Level 3 qualification (Level 4 desirable)
* Exceptional customer service and front-of-house skills
* Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
* Confidence using systems like Yardi, RentCafe and Hubspot
* A proactive, organised and empathetic approach
