Job Title: Warehouse/Distribution Operative
Location: Segensworth, Hampshire
Job Type: Full-Time (Temp-to-Perm, depending on experience)

About The Role
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals ready to support the smooth operation of our busy distribution centre.
Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly)
* Week A: 5:45 am – 1:45 pm
* Week B: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Must be able to work both shifts on a rotating basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
* Scan items using handheld scanners
* Operate computers efficiently
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
* Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines
What We're Looking For
* Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus, but not essential
* A strong team player with good attention to detail
* Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet
* Punctual, dependable and willing to learn
