Global Company seeks an experienced Customer Service Executive to join a busy, professional team. Excellent prospects are available for the right person.
Some of your duties will include:
1. Providing comprehensive administrative and customer service support in the Operations Department.
2. Managing incoming telephone calls and handling routine client inquiries.
3. Dealing with orders received from large retailers such as Sainsbury’s, Asda, and Amazon.
4. Setting up orders received on the computer system, uploading, and sending all product details.
5. Preparing dispatch paperwork and coordinating with external warehouses to ensure timely deliveries.
6. Tracking orders from initiation through to successful delivery to clients.
