A leading Build-to-Rent developer/operator is seeking a BTR Assistant Manager to be based on a high end Build-to-Rent site in Liverpool. The BTR Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the on-site team and overseeing day to day operations.

Experience in a similar role within BTR, property or hospitality. Experience leading on site teams. Have a good understanding of running a BTR property.
