This role combines e-learning administration, instructional design, and the delivery of training programmes across multiple locations. The successful candidate will support branch staff by providing high-quality training solutions, coordinating with suppliers, and facilitating both online and digital training initiatives.

Key Skills and Qualifications
* Experience:
* Proven experience in e-learning administration and instructional design.
* Experience delivering training in both physical and digital environments.
* Technical Skills:
* Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone, Moodle) and e-learning tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
* Familiarity with virtual meeting tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
* Soft Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and project management abilities.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel to various branch locations.
