About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and support our paid media campaigns and digital marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of paid media experience who's ready to develop their skills across the digital marketing spectrum.
Working closely with our Social Content Producer and reporting to the Director of Growth, you'll support the day-to-day management of our paid campaigns while learning to integrate these with our organic social and influencer strategies.
What You'll Do
Campaign Management & Execution
* Set up, manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
* Monitor daily performance and budgets, ensuring campaigns pace correctly and hit KPIs
* Implement creative and copy refreshes to improve engagement and performance
* Launch campaigns for new products, promotions, and seasonal collections
* Complete monthly audits and execute on optimization opportunities
Performance Tracking & Reporting
* Track campaign performance across all paid channels
* Create weekly performance reports with actionable insights
* Monitor ROAS, CAC, and other key metrics
* Flag pacing issues and opportunities to the team
* Use GA4 and platform analytics to understand customer journey
Influencer Coordination
* Support influencer outreach and relationship management
* Coordinate product gifting and seeding programs
* Track influencer content and engagement metrics
* Assist with partnership contracts and briefs
* Help identify new creators aligned with our brand
Essential Skills & Requirements
Essential
* 1-2 years experience in paid media (agency or in-house)
* Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and Google Ads
* Understanding of campaign setup, targeting, and optimization basics
* Experience with GA4 and basic analytics
* Strong Excel/Sheets skills for reporting and analysis
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ideal
* Experience with TikTok Ads Manager
* Fashion or lifestyle brand experience
* Experience with influencer campaigns
* Understanding of creative best practices for paid social
* Exposure to Google Tag Manager
