Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing field service and technical support, ensuring the maintenance and repair of door systems. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues, performing on-site diagnostics, and ensuring customers receive timely and effective support to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Provide field service and technical support for TEKTA door systems.
* Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues and perform on-site diagnostics.
* Maintain and repair door systems to ensure reliable operation in mission-critical environments.
* Deliver timely, effective support to customers and coordinate with team members to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
* Expertise in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical and mechanical issues.
* Proficiency in field service and maintenance & repair.
* Strong technical support skills with the ability to provide effective solutions.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and team members.
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote setting.
* Experience in servicing machinery or technical systems is an advantage.
* Full and valid driver’s license.
* Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are a plus.
