DESIRABLE SKILLS Powershell experience ServiceNow Helpdesk RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with Help Desk and Network Operations staff as appropriate to determine and resolve problems received from clients. Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software. Help maintain and answer tickets raised on our helpdesk system. Support IT infrastructure across all divisions Assist in maintaining client and asset records and as appropriate.
