About the Job Description The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will oversee the assigned day-to-day functions of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure deadlines are efficiently and effectively met by coordinating workload among the staff. Responsibilities Oversee the Talent Acquisition team's day-to-day responsibilities, including but not limited to monitoring workload, assigning and prioritizing tasks, conducting qualify checks (QA) and gathering data for reporting. Report and resolve any discrepancies or technical issues relating to systems or vendors to maximize allocated resources and workflow. Reallocate labor resources based on an influx in one or more areas of the Talent Acquisition process. Assist with various analyses and ad hoc projects. Perform the functions of the agent/recruiter as needed, including taking inbound calls and making outbound calls, following-up with candidates, and verifying candidates’ information and profiles for completeness and accuracy. Qualifications Education/Experience: 4-year college education preferred; or 1-3 years’ experience in a talent acquisition role or similar role. Strong technical expertise in HRIS, ATS, and other onboarding/recruiting systems. Skills and Abilities: Highly detail-oriented; Quickly identifies and corrects process inefficiencies; Excellent communication skills with applicants and various levels of internal customers; Thrives in a fast-paced work environment; Presentation and persuasive skills; Effective organizational and leadership skills to simultaneously manage, direct and monitor a team with multiple projects, tasks and requests; Demonstrated high degree of integrity and sound judgment; Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this position, the team member is regularly required to be able to: Sit, stand, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and/or other peripherals. Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. Communicate information and ideas orally and in writing so others will understand. Identify and understand the speech of another person. Light to moderate lifting may be required from time-to-time. Supervisory Responsibilities : None. Work environment : Primarily office environment with mild to moderate noise levels. Frequent interaction with co-workers and candidates for employment. Language Skills: English is the primary language skill; however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
