Job Summary: We’re looking for a Digital Capability Manager to bring learning to life for our field teams. You’ll design and deliver engaging, high-impact digital training that works seamlessly alongside our classroom and on-the-job programmes. From videos and e-learning modules to mobile-friendly microlearning and interactive resources, your work will make training accessible, relevant, and inspiring for colleagues in every channel. This is a role for a creative digital storyteller who’s just as comfortable in Adobe or Articulate as they are brainstorming ideas with leaders and field reps. You’ll stay ahead of the curve on digital learning trends — from AI-driven tools to user-generated content — ensuring our approach remains fresh, inclusive, and impactful. Collaboration will be key: you’ll work closely with Commercial, HR, and senior stakeholders to spot needs, close skill gaps, and continuously evolve our content. And with a strong focus on measurable outcomes, you’ll use data and feedback to shape digital content that doesn’t just look good — but drives performance where it matters most. Above all, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our people learn, grow, and succeed in the field. Team Context: This role sits within the Capability Function, reporting directly to the Head of Capability and working closely with the Field Quality Team. You’ll be trusted to manage the day-to-day digital capability agenda — owning learning technologies, content pipelines, and data insights. Your role is to ensure our digital learning strategy stays aligned to the wider capability and business priorities and drives measurable improvements in commercial and people performance across the field. What We’re Looking For: Digital Learning Lead Experienced in managing LMS/LXP platforms, e-learning tools, and digital assets, ensuring the right content reaches the right people at the right time. Innovator in Learning Tech Keeps pace with emerging tools (AI, microlearning, mobile-first, video etc.), bringing fresh ideas that make learning more engaging and effective. Data & Insights Champion Confident in pulling learning data (completion rates, engagement, skills dashboards) and using it to shape future capability strategy and prove ROI. Trusted Operator Runs digital learning activity independently, ensuring execution is slick, consistent, and aligned with the wider capability roadmap. Commercial Partner Collaborates with Sales, Commercial, and Field Quality leaders to design and deliver digital learning that drives sales impact and performance uplift. Connector & Integrator Works hand in hand with the Head of Capability and Field Quality Team to ensure digital learning supports the broader capability agenda, avoiding duplication and building standardisation. Essential Skills & Experience: Digital Learning Expertise Proven track record in creating engaging, impactful digital content (e-learning, video, multimedia). Skilled in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Creative Cloud, Rise, or similar) and video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Tech-Savvy & Innovative Strong understanding of mobile learning, accessibility standards, and inclusive design. Awareness of emerging trends (AI in learning, gamification, social learning) that can elevate field capability delivery. Instructional Design Know-How Experience designing learning for adult learners, ideally in a sales, retail, or field-based environment. Ability to translate complex commercial or operational challenges into simple, practical learning solutions. Data & Evaluation Mindset Confident using learning data, sales insights, and dashboards (e.g., PowerBI, LMS analytics) to refine content and demonstrate clear ROI. Comfortable reporting on impact directly to the Head of Capability. Collaboration & Communication Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner across functions. Skilled at storytelling and presenting digital solutions to stakeholders and field reps alike. Creativity & Detail Creative flair with a strong eye for design, layout, and learner experience.
