Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Infrastructure Delivery at Stirling Council for a Cleaning Assistant at Allan’s Nursery, Baker Street, Stirling.
The post involves providing a professional cleaning service for 5 hours per week, operating on a 52-week basis, between 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and paid at Stirling Council Grade 1.
Applicants should be capable of lifting heavy items, using cleaning machinery including electric buffing machines, scrubber dryers, and vacuum cleaners. They should be able to clean surfaces to head height and be prepared to work alone. Personal protective equipment, tools, and training will be provided.
Applicants will also require a basic working knowledge of IT and be willing to undertake training to utilize Stirling Council’s online training and HR IT applications.
