Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting passionate Teachers to work across specialist provisions, alternative provisions, SEMH schools, and SEND settings in Silverstone and the surrounding areas, including Towcester, Brackley, and nearby villages. We are seeking qualified Teachers across a range of subjects, including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, ICT and vocational subjects such as Construction, Motor Vehicle, Engineering, Sport, Hair & Beauty, Catering, and Employability Skills. Many of our partner schools support pupils with SEMH, Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Asperger's Syndrome, attachment needs, and other additional learning needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of individual learners while promoting positive behaviour, confidence, and independence. You will work closely with support staff, SENCOs, pastoral teams, and external professionals to create a structured and supportive learning environment where students can thrive. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for teachers who enjoy building positive relationships, thinking creatively, and helping students overcome barriers to education. Due to the rural locations of many of our partner schools, applicants will ideally hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
