Join Our Growing Accounts Department in a Dynamic and Exciting Role Who Are We? Micropress is one of the UK's leading commercial printers, operating from a state-of-the-art facility in Reydon. With over 200 talented team members and a commitment to excellence, we continue to push the boundaries of print and production. We are expanding our Accounts Department and are looking for a proactive, detail-focused Accounts & Admin Assistant to join our team. This role offers the chance to become an integral part of our business, working closely with senior management and directors while supporting the efficient running of our financial operations.

The Role

This part-time position offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to directly support the financial and administrative backbone of our business. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the accounts team and play a vital role in managing our paper supply chain—an essential element of our industry-leading printing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Purchase Ledger Management:

Oversee paper purchases and supplies essential to our printing operations.

* Administrative Support:

Handle daily administrative tasks including arranging post, taking telephone payments, managing bank runs, and maintaining accurate records through scanning, filing, and data entry.

* Team Collaboration:

Work closely with senior management and directors, contributing to efficient workflows and cross-department communication.

* Holiday Cover:

Provide cover and support to the wider accounts team when required.

About You We're looking for someone who is:

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* A strong communicator who enjoys working within a team
* Experienced in purchase ledger duties (preferred but not essential)
* Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
