We are seeking an Operations Analyst to add to our growing team! As an Operations Analyst you will join our core team to support our banking operations, with a wide exposure to other functional teams. You will learn the inner workings of a credit union. Role Responsibilities Executing manual and partially automated transaction activities with meticulous attention to detail and data quality. Assist in managing day-to-day financial operations Provide administrative support for the customer service team and handle ad hoc tasks as required. Dealing with customer queries Other administrative and operational tasks and one-off projects supporting the Operations team Transaction monitoring in line with our internal AML check Owning operational processes; constantly looking to innovate and improve Act as a point of contact for questions relating to operational processes Maintaining information across multiple systems Review new member application in line with credit union requirement Monitoring relevant email inboxes Maintain customer reports records. Qualifications Required: Educated to degree level (or a school leaver with strong A Levels) Interest in financial services Good written and verbal communication skills Good basic numerate skills (arithmetic) Microsoft suite proficient including Excel and Word.
