Quantity Surveyor – Dandara, Braintree, United Kingdom
Dandara is growing its Eastern division and seeks a Quantity Surveyor to support three upcoming sites. We deliver on integrity and passion, empowering our people and supporting communities.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare site budgets, cost reports, and CVRs.
* Manage subcontract procurement, payments, and final accounts.
* Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
* Provide commercial support and cost advice to site teams.
* Attend project review meetings and contribute to cost planning and control.
About You
* 2–3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a recognised UK housebuilder.
* Proven ability to manage costs and contracts independently.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Self‑motivated and a team player.
