Key reponsibilities include: * Proactively contact customers prior to contract expiry to discuss renewal options and negotiate terms to secure contract renewals. * Implement retention strategies to ensure a high level of customer loyalty and reduce churn. * Handle customer queries and concerns regarding their contracts, providing solutions that meet their needs while aligning with company objectives. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. * Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during the renewal process. * Analyse customer feedback and work with the management team to improve products and services. * Achieve or exceed monthly renewal targets.
