We’re partnering with a global alternative investment firm on a EA Manager role.
This is a high‑trust position for someone who enjoys operating at a strategic level and genuinely cares about elevating the EA function. The remit centres on mentoring and advocating for EAs, embedding best practice, and putting thoughtful frameworks in place to support development and long term growth.
You’ll be someone who can influence with confidence and warmth at all levels of seniority, acting as a visible advocate for the EA community while strengthening a sense of collective identity and collaboration. A key part of the role is bringing clarity and oversight to how the EA function operates, optimising ways of working so the team can deliver a consistently high‑touch, 7‑star service without friction.
This role will suit an experienced people manager who has been an EA themselves and truly understands the role end‑to‑end. Someone who cares deeply about how EAs are supported, developed and retained, and who enjoys shaping ways of working and creating an environment where top EA talent can thrive.
