Key Responsibilities * Prepare and deliver annual review packs accurately and compliantly. * Manage Letters of Authority (LOAs), liaising directly with providers. * Handle new business submissions, process applications, and maintain audit trails. * Proactively chase providers and third parties to keep cases on track. * Carry out ad hoc administration as needed to support advisers. * Record all actions in the CRM system to maintain compliance. * Communicate clearly with advisers, clients, and external providers. * Take ownership of the role, adding value to both the office culture and client journey. Skills & Experience Required * Previous experience as an IFA Administrator, Financial Planning Administrator, or Financial Services Administrator. * Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. * Confident communicator with clients, providers and internal teams. * Proactive, reliable, and collaborative team player. * Competent with CRM/back-office systems and Microsoft Office.
