Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Location: Stoke On Trent, ST4 4EX
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) advice and support to ensure compliance with statutory legislation.
* Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of SHE policies across site(s).
* Meet annual SHE objectives, assessed via our performance management system.
* Support the SHE function in delivering the SHE business plan.
* Coordinate and assist with Safety, Health & Environmental initiatives at site(s).
Qualifications
* NEBOSH National General Certificate (essential).
* Previous H&S responsibility in warehouse and transport environments.
* Ability to create H&S improvement plans and deliver against targets.
* Knowledge of local HSE regulatory licensing & COMAH regulations.
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
