Job Title: Asbestos Contracts Manager (Removals)
Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary/Benefits: £55k - £75k + Benefits
Our client is a recognised and respected Asbestos Removals outfit, with a strong presence across the South East of England. They are recruiting for an experienced and switched-on Asbestos Contracts Manager, who has proven success within the industry, and a proactive approach to their work. Applicants must be comfortable managing a busy portfolio of removals client accounts, ensuring a high level of service is delivered and handling any daily technical and logistical issues. It is preferred that applicants will hold the ARCA / UKATA training, and will have robust technical knowledge. Our client is offering attractive base salaries, in addition to comprehensive benefits packages, including: company vehicle, fuel card, pension scheme and annual leave allowance.

Experience / Qualifications:
* Successful track record working as an Asbestos Removals Contracts Manager
* Must hold ARCA / UKATA training
* Will have obtained the SSSTS / SMSTS
* Proven experience of managing key asbestos removal projects and client accounts
* Robust technical knowledge
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong numeracy, literacy and IT skill level
The Role:
* Managing a portfolio of licensed and non-licensed asbestos removal projects within a busy outfit
* Overseeing projects of varying sizes from start to finish
* Monitoring the progress of projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to
* Allocating works/projects to ensure efficient delivery
* Being a key point of contact for site staff and clients
* Providing support to clients, answering any queries and resolving any issues
* Producing detailed and comprehensive quotations and tenders for prospective clients
* Ordering materials and tools required
* Overseeing the hiring / off-hiring of equipment
* Building strong working relationships with clients
* Leading training for teams and making recommendations for any training
* Promoting company services to potential clients
