Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to support continued growth across the South West region. This is a high-impact, field based role where you'll take ownership of developing customer relationships, driving new business opportunities, and supporting a joined-up regional sales strategy.

Responsibilities of the Area Sales Manager:
8. Develop and execute a regional sales plan to grow revenue and market share
9. Build strong, lasting relationships with both existing and new customers
10. Identify opportunities across a broad range of industries where power and energy solutions can add value
11. Generate leads through proactive business development and account management
12. Promote a wide portfolio of power, energy and sustainability-focused solutions
13. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
14. Analyse market trends, performance data and customer requirements to inform sales strategy
15. Manage your own diary effectively, balancing customer visits, planning and reporting
To be successful as the Area Sales Manager:
16. A background within Power, Generator or energy solutions/hire
17. Strong relationship building and communication skills
18. Confident managing a regional territory with autonomy and accountability
19. Strong planning, organisation and time-management skills
20. You may have experience as an Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Field Sales Executive, Area Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager or similar.
