Thomas Bennett Community College is a welcoming and ambitious 11–18 secondary school at the heart of the Crawley community, serving families across the town and the wider West Sussex area. FTE (Full‑time Equivalent) 32,597 – 35,412
Pro rata (Actual Salary) 27,913.91 – 30,324.48
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: 37 Hours Per Week

What You Need to Succeed
What We’re Looking For
* HLTA Status or a recognised equivalent Level 4 qualification
* Significant experience working as a TA within a UK secondary school setting
* Experience working with students with SEND (e.g., Autism, ADHD, SEMH).
