What You’ll Bring to the Table
* Organisational expertise to manage tasks and time effectively.
* Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
* A safety-conscious attitude.
* Collaborative spirit that thrives in a team environment.
* Experience in delivering handyman and general building maintenance services, particularly at Christchurch International Airport.
* Ability to promptly tackle assigned trades tasks, maintaining high standards for site quality audits.
* Effective management of carpentry works to ensure timely delivery of projects.
* Availability for on-call after-hours services, approximately one week in four.
* Commitment to safety, ensuring work sites are secure and compliant with health and safety standards.
The successful applicant will have:
* Set working hours Monday to Friday, with some weekend or after-hours work required.
