Your role
1. Lead the day-to-day delivery of the service and support your team
2. Build and maintain positive relationships with partners and stakeholders
3. Manage budgets and oversee financial performance
4. Effectively manage and market homes/voids
5. Recruit, develop and motivate your team to achieve great outcomes
6. Ensure health and safety standards are met and adapt working hours when needed
Your skills
7. Experience in a managerial role within a similar service
8. Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
9. Ability to work calmly under pressure and support people in a personalised way
10. Confidence liaising with partners and stakeholders
11. Full valid driving licence and willingness to travel
12. Confident using IT systems
