As a Supercar Parts Advisor, you will be part of a professional team working in a state-of-the-art facility, offering a varied and engaging position that combines customer service with technical expertise.

2. Monday To Friday (40 Hour Week) / Saturday Morning Rota

Key duties of the Parts Advisor include:
8. Managing internal and external parts enquiries efficiently
9. Receiving and dispatching parts in a timely and professional manner
10. Sourcing and pricing high-value parts for luxury and performance vehicles
11. Assisting with stock management and inventory control
12. Utilising specialised computer programs for parts administration
13. Collaborating with both Sales and Service departments
14. Supporting import and export procedures for parts as required
Requirements for the Parts Advisor position:
15. Proven experience in a Parts Advisor role or similar
16. Fully IT literate with strong organisational skills
17. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
18. Positive, proactive, and helpful attitude
19. Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
20. Punctual, flexible, and well-presented
