A welcoming secondary school in Hounslow is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support students with SEMH needs. This is a full-time, long-term role, ideal for someone with experience supporting students who require emotional and behavioural support in an educational setting.
As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant you will:
* Work 1:1 with students to support her academic engagement, wellbeing, and confidence
* Provide consistent emotional support and help manage any SEMH-related challenges
* Build a positive, trusting relationship that encourages progress and independence
* Collaborate closely with teachers, the SENCO, and pastoral staff to deliver tailored interventions
