As a self-employed agent with KW Scotland, you’ll operate your own local property business while being fully supported by one of the world’s leading real estate platforms — combining training, technology, marketing support, and community.

Responsibilities
* Winning and conducting property valuations
* Listing and marketing residential property
* Managing buyer enquiries, viewings, and negotiations
* Progressing sales through to completion
* Building and nurturing your own client database
* Generating business through referrals, social media, and local presence
* Running your diary, pipeline, and income like a business owner
Qualifications
* Experience in estate agency or a strong desire to build a career in property
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
* Professional, organised, and client-focused
* Willingness to learn, grow, and follow proven models
* Strong communication skills and local market knowledge
(Full training is provided — attitude matters as much as experience.)
