QFM are looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor.
The HR Advisor will:
* Build
HR capability across the Group, establishing trusted relationships as an
Advisor
* Manage,
coach and resolve employee relations matters (conduct, performance
management, absence management, grievance and probation etc.)
* Provide
guidance and support on family leave matters
* Review
employee relations data and work with management to address specific
concerns
* Provide
advice and guidance to management and colleagues on HR policy and
procedure
* Understand
key people issues and identify ways in which to address such concerns
* Support
the People and Culture team with a wide variety of projects
The
HR Advisor should have:
* Experience
of advising and coaching colleagues on complex employee relations matters
* HR
Generalist experience
* Strong
understanding of employment law
* Experience
partnering with key stakeholders
* Attention
to detail
* Excellent
organisation and communication skills
* Computer
literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
