We have a great opportunity for a career minded DGM to support our Western Region providing short term cover in a variety of pubs while building skills and knowledge, working towards a permanent assignment. You must be a driver with access to independent transport and ideally living in central Devon.

Responsibilities
* Lead a branded pub team, inspiring a branded pub team and high standards of hospitality.
* Willing to work in a number of different Houses providing DGM support where required.
* A driver with access to independent transport to travel between sites as needed.
* Able to take full responsibility for the business in the absence of the GM.
* Committed to compliance and sustainability in operations.
* Support the GM in building a great team and driving business performance.
Qualifications
* Confident with the skills and experience needed to lead and inspire a branded pub team
* Willing to work in a number of different Houses providing DGM support where required
* A driver with access to independent transport
* Knowledgeable about quality food and drink with an eye for detail
* Able to take full responsibility for the business in the absence of the GM
* Diligent about compliance and sustainability
* Well presented with good business acumen and an analytical approach to problem solving
* Able to commit to support the GM in supporting the business and building a great team
* Determined to develop and maintain day-making hospitality through brand standards
* A great host who gets a buzz from making people's day

* Previous experience and knowledge of supervising high volume hospitality operations with a busy food profile is essential.
