Responsibilities
What You’ll Own:
* Lead and inspire a high-performing team of dealers and supervisors
* Drive growth in handle and margin efficiency across all table games and poker
* Use Tangam software and insights to optimise table performance
* Deliver exceptional customer service and player protection standards
* Be a key decision-maker in the absence of the General Manager
Qualifications
* A current PML license and deep knowledge of UK gaming operations
* Proven leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* A passion for live gaming and a sharp eye for performance metrics
* A commitment to fairness, inclusion, and responsible gaming
