Key Responsibilities: Assist solicitors with case management, including drafting legal documents, correspondence, and witness statements. Manage client communication, including taking initial instructions and liaising with clients regarding case updates. Maintain and update case files and document management systems. Assist in billing and timekeeping procedures as required.
