Our highly respected client is looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal Client Details A leading firm Description Manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters under supervision. Prepare and draft legal documents including contracts, leases, transfer documents, and completion statements. Conduct title checks, property searches, and review search results. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process. Deal with pre-exchange, exchange, and post-completion matters including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and client records. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, firm policies, and deadlines. Assist with administrative tasks related to conveyancing files, including file opening and closing procedures. Profile Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish. Excellent communication and client care skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office. Job Offer Highly competitive package
