Online Home Shop (OHS) are one of the fastest growing online home retailers in the North West. We aim to offer on-trend products for home and life, for a price that suits all budgets. OHS have everything from the latest bedding styles, soft towels, throws, curtains, rugs, furniture and much more.


We’re now looking for an Affiliates Executive to join our team! Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Affiliates Executive will develop long-term relationships directly with affiliates and have an interest in digital marketing as well as a marketing-related degree.


🛍️ What You’ll Be Doing:

· Manage the Affiliates program, raising our profile to be the go-to Homewares brand

· Generate profitable year-on-year revenue growth

· Achieve budgeted KPIs

· Initiate and develop long-term relationships with key affiliates

· Collaborate with digital marketing and the wider business

· Report on and analyse affiliate performance, keeping abreast of the competition

· Other marketing or E-Commerce duties as called upon


💡 What You’ll Bring:

· Bachelors Degree or equivalent Experience:

· Homewares experience preferable but not essential

· Affiliate platforms management experience

· Google Analytics experience preferable but not essential, and Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Excel)

· Excellent timekeeping and organisation

· Proactive, self-starter, able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Able to work collaboratively with different business and supplier stakeholders – a team player

· Training provided


Key Performance Indicators (including but not exclusively)

· Increase in affiliates traffic & revenue

· Affiliates cost of sale through commissions

· Affiliates ROAS
