Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef for our Manchester restaurant, Circolo Popolare, to lead and inspire the kitchen team.
Responsibilities
* Participate in menu development alongside Executive Chefs.
* Ensure speed and precision at the pass.
* Guarantee every dish meets Group recipes and standards.
* Serve as the Chef’s right hand, enforcing hygiene, organization, and alignment with objectives.
* Manage food costs, reduce waste, and maintain accurate inventories and timely orders.
* Plan, organize, and lead the brigade with energy and precision.
* Train and support the team daily.
* Build a cohesive squad, fostering a positive workplace.
Requirements
* Experience as a junior or sous chef.
* Full-time employment.
* Hourly pay starting at £18.71.
