Experience & Qualifications Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles. Strong understanding of public relations principles and their application within social media contexts. Strategic Leadership: Proven experience acting as a Social Media Manager, designing strategies for multi-site, multi-branch, or franchise organisations. Agency Experience: Previous experience operating within a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment, looking to successfully transition to a dedicated in-house role. Commercial ROI: Demonstrable track record of managing paid/organic social campaigns that generated measurable revenue (leads) and actively avoided vanity metrics. Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, or Business. Skills & Knowledge Analytics Mastery: In-depth understanding of complex social media performance matrices, analytics tracking, and ROI justification. Enterprise Tools: Hands-on working experience with advanced social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Reporting Capabilities: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into plain English, Board-level commercial reports.
