You’ll be joining a consultancy known for its creative approach to planning and its ability to deliver successful outcomes for clients across the UK. Key Responsibilities Manage and contribute to a wide range of planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals. Provide expert planning advice and lead client communications on a variety of schemes. Undertake site appraisals, research, and analysis to inform development strategies. Prepare high-quality planning statements, design and access statements, and committee reports. Engage with local planning authorities, stakeholders, and multi-disciplinary teams to drive successful project delivery. Mentor junior planners and support the continued growth of the planning team. About You Around 4 years’ post-qualification experience in town planning, ideally within consultancy or a local authority setting. MRTPI Chartered (or actively working towards chartership within the next 12 months). Strong working knowledge of UK planning policy, legislation, and the development management process. Excellent communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills. A proactive and commercially minded planner who enjoys managing projects and building strong client relationships.
