Build and assemble components using hand tools and workshop equipment
Work with composite materials including sanding, trimming, drilling, routing and finishing
Follow technical drawings and build instructions to produce high-quality work
Use workshop machinery such as lathes and milling equipment, with training where needed
Help maintain a safe, tidy and efficient working environment
What were looking for
Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production or a similar hands-on environment
Confidence using hand tools and workshop equipment
A practical approach, strong attention to detail and pride in doing a job well
Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
A reliable, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
Its a bonus if you have
Experience in composites, engineering or a similar production environment
Knowledge of workshop health and safety practices
Familiarity with lathes, milling machines or similar workshop equipment
