Consulting Technical Trainer – RSM UK

We are looking for a Consulting Technical Trainer to develop and deliver training across our Risk and Governance solution.
Role Overview
As part of the Consulting Technical Team, you will provide technical support to client‑facing teams across our six core solutions: business transformation, forensic, deal services, restructuring, finance function support and risk and governance. You will design, review and deliver blended learning programmes that equip our people with the knowledge and confidence to succeed.
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver blended learning programmes for early career and experienced professionals, both online and in‑person.
* Review and refresh existing training content to maintain relevance, accuracy and compliance with current standards.
* Translate business needs into practical learning experiences.
* Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training to support capability growth.
* Collaborate with technical experts and senior leaders to co‑create innovative learning solutions and expand your professional network.
Qualifications
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, engaging learning content.
* Strong project management skills to ensure delivery of own work within agreed timeframes.
* Self‑motivated and able to work on own initiative.
* Driving force in innovating and leveraging digital technology tools.
* Candidate holds a qualification such as CIA, ACA or CA with a good knowledge of Risk and Governance systems and processes.
