Reports To: Owner Representative Manager
Job Overview
The Owner Representative role is to manage communication flow between the villa
specialists and the villa owners/ experiences providers. The role requires management of
guest queries from the To Tuscany Villa Specialists and destination villa owners/
experiences providers. The Owner Representative is required to develop the relationship
with villa owners/ experience providers upholding our brand values so that guests
experienced is enhanced at the destination, in order to gain guests confidence and make
them return to To Tuscany time and time again
Responsibilities and Duties
• To respond to owners/experience providers and guests in a conscientious manner
• To listen to owners/experience providers and guests concerns and take relevant
action
• To work with all team members to help the efficient running of the business
• To continuously build knowledge about Tuscany and Umbria
• To work with the team to help maintain the high standard of company websites
• To work efficiently and highlight opportunity to extend role into other areas of the
business
• To work with the owner team to drive initiatives and help maintain a high standard of
customer service
• To work with the team in planning and managing regular communication with our
existing owners through email and other new initiatives
• Work every other weekend based on a pattern split with other team members
