Job Summary:
The Security Data Loss Prevention Manager role is a critical position that oversees and manages an organization's data loss prevention strategies and technologies. This involves executive reporting, building out reports, gathering statistics, future budgeting, leadership, and effectively communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the implementation and management of DLP technologies, including Microsoft Purview and Proofpoint, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
* Develop, implement, and manage DLP policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Manage vendors effectively, holding them accountable for their performance and ensuring they align with organizational goals.
* Maintain a deep understanding of DLP technologies, vendor management best practices, and emerging trends in the field.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in DLP and Cloud Solutions.
* 3-5 years of experience in Management or Team leadership roles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Able to operate a DLP program at a large enterprise scale for a global organization.
