Responsibilities as our Warehouse Supervisor will include: Ensuring consignments are effectively despatched within specified timeframes. Ensuring every consignment is packed in an economical, appropriate, and safe manner. Assisting and advising other members of the team whenever problems arise. Ensuring all equiptment is working correctly, reporting any faulty items to the Despatch Manager. Ensuring each team meber has the training they need. Liaising with the Despatch Manager on all warehouse related matters. Ensuring all areas of the department are working efficiently, kept clean, tidy, and organised. What we’re looking for in our Warehouse Supervisor : Applicants should ideally have Warehouse experience, but any suitably skilled and motivated person will be considered for the role. Excellent communication skills & the ability to function well under pressure. The ability to demonstrate that you are a team player and natural decision maker who will thrive on the responsibility associated with this role. Previous supervisory or management experience would be desirable but is not essential, as training will be provided.
