Senior Quantity Surveyor – Devon Competitive Salary: Up to £70,000 Car Allowance Bonus Hybrid We’re seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team delivering complex, high-value marine and civil engineering projects across the UK. What You’ll Do Lead cost planning, forecasting, and value reporting. Prepare tenders, variations, and claims; negotiate with clients and subcontractors. Manage CVRs, cash flow, and margin performance. Oversee procurement and subcontractor compliance. Mentor junior QS team members and ensure commercial governance. What We’re Looking For Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Civil Engineering. MRICS or CICES (or working towards) desirable. Proven experience in civil engineering or marine infrastructure. Strong knowledge of UK construction contracts (NEC, JCT). Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
