What You'll Do
As an HR Advisor, you'll be the go-to person for employees and managers, providing expert guidance and support across a range of HR topics. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the primary interface for employees and line managers, ensuring HR policies are applied consistently and queries are resolved promptly.
* Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies.
* Supporting employee relations, including capability investigations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
* Managing employee relationships and expectations, responding to queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
* Using HR systems (including Workday and Google Suite) to access, input, and compile data.
* Supporting the HR Business Leader and HR Business Partners with a variety of employee relations topics.
* Guiding managers and employees through the annual HR calendar and change processes.
* Building and managing relationships across the business, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates with experience in large organisations, especially those with a generalist HR background and strong employee relations and case management experience. You'll need:
