OurclientisseekinganenthusiasticandproactiveCustomerServicesExecutive,fluentinGermanorFrench.Theroleisfocussedonprovidingexcellentcustomerservicesandorderprocessinginabusy,dynamicenvironment.WorkingwithinLifeSciences,soexperiencewithinpharmaceutical/biotechnologyoranothercomplexortechnical,scientificproductwouldbepreferred.

Bepartofabusyteamprovidinglegendarycustomerservice:primarilyansweringcallsfromcustomersandprocessingorders.

HandledailyemailandphoneinteractionsyoullbedealingwithPhDstudents,procurementteams,bothuniversitiesandcommercialcustomers.

MinimumQualifications-EducationandExperience
Youhaveagenuinepassionforcustomerservices,givingeverycustomerthefeelingthattheyandtheirorder/queryareimportanttothebusiness,andtoyoupersonally.You'lllikelyhavedevelopedthisoveranabsoluteminimumoftwoyearsofcustomerserviceexperience.
TrilingualGerman/French/Englishisamust,bothwrittenandspoken.
