The Financial Controller will lead the company’s financial management, reporting, and control functions. This role ensures robust financial governance while supporting strategic decision-making in a scaling, sustainability-focused business. Key requirements for the role include clear communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to work quickly along with accurately, excellent organisation skills and strong accounting knowledge. What will you be doing? - Business Partnering & Stakeholder Support - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Performance Management - Commercial & Strategic Support - Governance & Controls What you'll bring? - Fully Qualified Accountant with a recognised body such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA - Understanding of key accounting and financial policies - Proven experience in a finance business partnering or FP&A role - Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting operational teams - Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability - Excellent communication and influencing skills What’s in it for you?
