The role of Producer Support is therefore to work alongside the producers in prospect identification and winning, to meet our new business budget. This will be carried out by:
* Identifying appropriate corporate client prospects
* Identifying how best to access those prospects and market Lockton differentiators to them
* This is both for individual clients and across sectors
* Execute marketing plans and where possible, engage in the winning of the business

The role of the apprentice in working with producers across their current existing client base:
* Work alongside the producer and client team, to ensure client experiences and retention are sustained
The longer-term outcome for the individual in this role will be a very broad knowledge of the business, the ability to listen to others’ needs and translate that into customer satisfaction and new business success.

Qualifications
Entry requirements
* A Levels (or equivalent) and 5 GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English
* The ability to communicate effectively and professionally
* A diligent honest and collaborative approach, with excellent attention to detail
* Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)/ similar software applications
* Enthusiasm, ability to demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn
* A strong work ethic and always prepared to go the extra mile
* The ability to prioritise workloads effectively
