We are currently partnered with a leading professional services organisation as they recruit for a Project Coordinator to support a high-profile office move project.
As Project Coordinator, you will provide support across a number of workstreams to ensure the building is operationally ready to move into by early 2026.
Workstreams cover everything including IT & Technology, facilities, services, systems, catering, reception team, cleaning amongst others.
Prior experience with office move / office relocation projects is highly beneficial.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 3 days per week in the office, however given the nature of the project, there may be times where you will be needed in-office 4-5 days a week.
