Working remotely on either a full-time or part-time basis for our clients, a highly successful and growing residential surveying business. Ideally, they are seeking an experienced individual with a minimum AssocRICS qualification, who is capable of carrying out Mortgage Valuations surveys and conducting Level 2 surveys.
Working hours:
1. As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days)
2. Remote-based, 25-mile radius from home.
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
3. Basic salary of £54,000 - £62,500
4. Bonus structure, with an additional £10,000 - £15,000 per annum
5. On Target earnings of £64,000 - £77,000
6. 25 days holiday + bank holidays
7. Car Allowance
8. Healthcare
Residential Surveyor requirements:
9. Minimum AssocRICS qualified
10. UK driving license
11. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
The role of Residential Surveyor will consist of:
12. Carrying out Mortgage Valuations surveys
13. Conducting Level 2 Surveys
