Duties and responsibilities
The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Residents are individuals who deserve to be treated as such. Duties may include:
* Support with personal care needs
* Assist in participating in a wide range of special interests and activities that support health and wellbeing (arts and crafts, watching football, drama, music evenings, gardening, shopping trips, social occasions)
* Promote residents’ independence and dignity
* Encourage participation in community and family activities
