Job Description
An exceptional opportunity for a Room Attendant to join the Rooms Department at Raffles London at The OWO. Reporting to the Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and corridors to the highest standards, ensuring a seamless guest experience and upholding Raffles’ luxury standards. You will work closely with the House Porter team to provide supplies and amenities, acting as an ambassador of Raffles values during guest and colleague interactions.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties, maintaining equipment and storerooms.
* Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to required standards.
* Handle guest, VIP, and special requests as instructed.
* Maintain housekeeping and linen stores according to standards.
* Use appropriate cleaning chemicals following SOPs.
* Manage an assigned section within the hotel floor.
* Report technical issues and guest preferences promptly.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
* Participate in spring cleaning and other duties as directed.
* Manage keys, communication devices, and sign-in/out procedures responsibly.
* Be flexible with working hours to meet business needs.
* Follow lost property procedures and respect guest privacy.
* Maintain a clean, efficient, and luxurious environment in line with Raffles standards.
